Is it harder for household commodities to make it past Level 4?
I’m thinking toilet paper, razors, hangers, etc.
But then things like soap and laundry detergent have loyalty to the product smell and feel.
I think it depends on the org, but I've seen brands in any category get past level 4. For example Scrub daddy is just 'sponges' but they really made it into something very memorable.
